According to the findings of occupational medicine, people in care professions are subject to considerable physical burdens on account of their work and often suffer from back injuries. There are many situations in the course of the day in which a patient, a person requiring care at home or an elderly person wants to change his or her position, with assistance from a carer.

If handling aids are used, the physical burden on the carer and patient can be substantially reduced.

Alpha repositioning and transfer aids by Petermann are designed for multiple use.

Petermann provides a 3-year warranty. Products can be machine-washed^* at up to 90° and can take loads^* up to 200 kg and meet all requirements of patients and carers.
